THE INSIPS FIELD GUIDE

Connected work. Clear boundaries.

A practical guide to what happens inside a workspace, what visitors can discover, and what an account does—and does not—unlock.

01 / Find your context

Different work.
Different access.

Organization teams
Manage permitted profile fields, Causes, people and operational records through Organization-scoped membership and capabilities.
Supporters & visitors
Read published Organization and Cause information without receiving private donor, team or finance data.
Corporate teams
Research public work, keep private account notes and shortlists, and track supported CSR activity with explicit sharing boundaries.

Explicit publication

Shortlists · notes · CSR tracking

02 / Choose what becomes public

Editing is not publishing.

The Organization draft and the public snapshot are separate. Publication controls visibility; it does not combine verification, 80G or payment eligibility into one approval.

Illustrative publication flow · expand each step

01 / ORGANIZATIONPrepare a private draft.

Your team edits permitted profile fields and prepares Causes within its workspace access. The draft is not the public representation.

02 / PLATFORMPublish explicitly.

Platform publication controls which representation is made public. It is separate from verification, statutory records and payment readiness.

03 / PUBLIC DIRECTORYShare the published story.

Visitors read the published representation, not private operational records. Saving later draft changes does not silently replace the public snapshot.

What stays private?

Team access, donor information, private finance, internal audit and restricted evidence are not part of public discovery. Corporate access does not automatically unlock them.

A CLEAN upload is not automatically public. Media needs its own explicit publication and authorized delivery boundary.

03 / Take the next step

An account is an identity.
Access is a relationship.

Sign-in identifies a User. It does not automatically make that person an Organization member, Corporate member or Platform operator.

Before making a financial assumption

A public profile, a plan or a statutory indicator does not establish payment success. Checkout requires separate Organization eligibility and provider readiness. CSR tracked amounts are not payments or settlements.

Before expecting a live directory

Discovery depends on the configured public API and real published records. When it is unavailable, INSIPS shows an unavailable state—not sample Organizations.
