Information used by the product
Depending on the feature you use, INSIPS processes account and profile details, workspace memberships, submitted Organization or Corporate records, uploaded media and documents, inquiries, supported participation and payment references. Authentication is provided through Amazon Cognito. The backend uses the approved AWS database and configured service providers; this page does not claim every optional provider is active.
Why information is processed
Information supports authentication, scoped workspace access, saving requested records, publication review, support, payment-state reconciliation where enabled, security and audit. Optional public contact or logo display requires its applicable explicit setting. A contact inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
Public versus restricted information
Eligible published profiles, Causes and approved updates are public. Private drafts, evidence, bank information, donor records, team data and Corporate notes are not made public simply because an account or logo exists. Share only information you are authorized to submit. Public information may be indexed or independently reshared once published.
Cookies and service providers
The browser-session design uses secure, HttpOnly, host-only session cookies and server-side session storage. Theme and navigation preferences may be stored locally. Passwords and refresh tokens must not be stored in browser-accessible application storage. Hosting, authentication, database, session and payment providers process the information needed for their configured roles; final processor and international-transfer disclosures require legal review.
Retention and protection
Access checks, encrypted transport, private storage boundaries and audit controls protect the supported flows. Different record types have different retention needs; legal holds, security and financial requirements can prevent immediate deletion. There is no invented universal retention period or promise that every uploaded file is already scanned. Publication and download remain subject to the actual media checks.
Your requests and concerns
Email support@insips.com to request help accessing, correcting or closing an account, withdrawing supported publication consent, or raising a privacy concern. Verification of your authority may be needed. Do not attach identity or banking documents to an unsolicited general inquiry. The team must assess the applicable law and any record-retention obligations before confirming a request.
Review status
This is a product-grounded draft, not a certification of compliance.
