Using INSIPS
INSIPS provides public discovery and authenticated tools for individuals, Organizations and Corporate teams. Use only features available to your account and for lawful purposes. These draft terms describe the current product; they do not certify compliance or replace applicable law.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and report suspected misuse to support@insips.com. Email verification confirms control of an email address, not an Organization’s legitimacy. Creating an identity does not grant Organization, Corporate or Platform privileges. Act for an entity only when authorized; never share another person’s login or circumvent workspace permissions.
Organization responsibilities
Authorized teams are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, Causes, documents, contact details and claims, and for obtaining the permissions needed to submit them. Keep sensitive information out of public captions and general inquiries. Statutory registrations, tax eligibility and bank details must be supplied only through the appropriate restricted workflow.
Content and publication
You retain your rights in submitted content and must have the right to use it. Submission authorizes INSIPS to process it for the selected feature and, following explicit publication, display the approved public representation. A private draft is not public permission. Platform review, publication, logo showcasing and withdrawal have separate controls; do not imply an endorsement without authorization.
Responsible participation
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing material, impersonate another entity, expose private information, attempt unauthorized access or manipulate engagement. Use reporting and support channels for concerns. INSIPS may restrict content or access through its supported review processes; contact support if you need a decision reviewed.
Verification and tax information
INSIPS Verification is a specific Platform review, not government approval, a guarantee of outcomes or a universal tax determination. Publication, INSIPS review, 12A/80G/CSR-1 records and payment readiness are distinct. Check the named record and current official requirements. A paid plan or review fee does not guarantee approval.
Plans and memberships
Review the actual plan price, billing period, limits, benefits and eligibility shown before purchase. Organization subscriptions and Organization-offered memberships are different products. Paid entitlements activate only on authoritative provider confirmation. Current supported subscription cancellation ends future renewal while preserving the paid period; plan changes follow the displayed billing rules. Do not assume a refund or automatic renewal beyond the confirmed checkout terms.
Donations and payment services
A donation or checkout is possible only where the Organization and payment provider are ready for that flow. Review the responsible Organization, purpose, amount and any displayed charges before proceeding. Pending, failed and cancelled attempts are not successful payments. Payment records, dispute handling and any refund depend on the applicable transaction, provider rules and law; this page promises no blanket refund or tax deduction. Service credits are a separate restricted ledger, not a bank deposit or investment.
Privacy and security
Private workspace records and evidence are restricted to authorized access; public information is controlled by the publication workflow. See the Privacy information draft for current processing and support routes. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment secrets to support.
Availability and ending access
Features may be unavailable when a provider, permission or service is not configured. INSIPS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, charitable impact, funding or partnership outcomes. Supported suspension, archival and account closure do not necessarily erase audit, legal-hold or financial records. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded by these draft terms.
Questions, complaints and legal review
Contact support@insips.com about the service, an account issue or a complaint. The legal contracting entity, registered office, designated grievance details, final liability provisions, dispute venue and applicability of Indian consumer, intermediary and data-protection requirements require operator and qualified legal review before these drafts become final contractual terms. No unverified entity, jurisdiction or grievance officer is invented here.
