The Organization pays the 0.5% INSIPS fee and actual payment-provider charges. No fee is added to your selected donation amount.
Payment and refund information
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A successful donation does not establish a tax benefit. Refunds may be requested within seven days of successful capture; only INSIPS Platform Admin can approve and execute them. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.
For a payment question or refund request, contact support@insips.com and keep your payment reference. Do not send card details, passwords or OTPs.
